I just tried it to locate the records of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee for September 2021. I learned as a child and teenager in the 1950s the privilege of living in the D.C. area, because I could visit the Archives and read Committee and Sub-Committee Records. That is where the real business of Congress is discoverable. No success yet, but once I familiarize myself with the interface, this will allow me to live in the boondocks with the same privilege I had in suburban Maryland.
