Of all the architects and designers I love, I love Charles Rennie Macintosh the very most. I’m not sure what it is--maybe the combination of organized parallel lines with natural wood and flower motifs--but his work just fills me with joy. What a loss to the world that fire was. I’m glad they’re rebuilding.

I am glad it is being rebuilt. It sounds like a beautiful building. It would be a shame to lose it.
