Yes, it must be I need to change the notification switch.
The default when you sign up is to pause email notification.
Click the person icon bottom right and then gear icon upper right and under notifications is a toggle switch. :)

My twitter feed isn't all abt this Substack so people would get tired of librarian tweets. I think these platforms want to connect too much.
