Donate? It seems to me when there's such a level of destruction some people need to serve some time. I'm sure there's sufficient evidence to pinpoint the organizers and those most responsible. There seems to be a lot of beating around the bush as to the identity of the perpetrators. As though the library self-destructed.
Any university library reports to higher levels so I think they could only address service issues because it would be the upper admin that would make those statements.

The headline confuses me. I hope you are not advising we donate to the Portland State Library. It is obvious PS cannot to be trusted to defend its Library from vandalizing cretins. PS would probably use the funds to purchase Marxist garbage anyway.
