The Plaintiffs have presented substantial evidence in support of their claims that they were the victims of a far-reaching and widespread censorship campaign. This court finds that they are likely to succeed on the merits of their First Amendment free speech claim against the Defendants. (p.154)
HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!
Good! Some of those censored voices were just advocating for policies that were normal--and more effective that the more restrictive policies in the US--in many countries, notably Sweden, and also Switzerland, where I live. It would have been useful for our country to have heard these ideas. Maybe our kids wouldn’t now be coping with devastating learning loss and social damage.
